Nou disc creat especialment per acompañar com a banda sonora la pelicula de homònim títol del any 1934. Com ja havia fet Jeff Mills amb Metropolis i d'altres.
No es un disc convencional i els admiradors de "Waving Flags" probablament us decepcioni, més haviat tira cap a "Water Tower".
Molta guitarra i molt violí tipo Aracde Fire, sense lletra i cançons molt llarges.
A mi m'agrada! trobo a faltar escoltar cançons de 11:44 com "Spearing The Sunfish" que començen amb ecos de maquinaria industrial i acaben desgarran notes! Yeah!
